Triumph International exclusive distributor “Amthal Home Trading and Marketing” provides you with various payment options for your online shopping convenience. Pay with PayPal, credit card (Visa, Mastercard) or debit card depending on which option suits you best.
PAYMENT BY CREDIT/DEBIT CARD
For payment by credit/debit card, enter the card number, the expiration date and the three-digit security code located next to the signature field on the right on the back of the card.
Please make sure to enter your data correctly to avoid delays. The invoice amount is authorized to your credit/debit card account when you send your order.
PAYMENT BY PAYPAL
During the payment process, you will be forwarded to the PayPal page to log into PayPal account and finalize the payment. Once payment has taken place, you will be automatically redirected to the Triumph-jo Online Shop.
Note: Please remember that your PayPal account must have sufficient credit for the transaction to be successfully completed.
You will receive a confirmation e-mail from PayPal once the money has been transferred to our account. You will also receive a second e-mail from us complete with order confirmation.

Refunds with PayPal:
Once the return parcel arrives at Triumph and it is processed you will receive a confirmation email. The refund will be credited directly to your PayPal account within the next days.

DELIVERY
Your order is processed and shipped within 3 working days after check-out.
DIFFERENT DELIVERY ADDRESS
We can easily send your order to a delivery address in Jordan, Egypt, Tunisia, Algeria and Nigeria that is not the same as the invoice address.
SHIPPING STATUS CHECK
You can check the shipping status of your order at any time by going to Track Your Order page or contacting us by email. A reply to your email will be sent within two working days.
DELIVERY NOT MADE, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT
If you do not receive your package although we have sent a delivery confirmation, please contact customer service by email or call +962 (79) 942 1419. Customer service will assist you throughout the whole process.
